1)  Tell us about your new position as Program Director.  What are you most excited about?
After being a member of the Grand Rapids Yacht Club for 20 years I am thrilled to be GRJSA’s new Program Director. I look forward to a summer filled with sailing where GRJSA’s students of all ages will have the opportunity to experience the lifetime sport of sailing.  I hope to increase participation in sailing, in the Grand Rapids area, while promoting respect and safety on the water and have a ton of fun doing so.  Sailing is a wholesome sport that kids and adults can enjoy right away and the lessons of sailing last a lifetime..  Summer can’t get here fast enough!
